Neighboring the Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club, and a short thirty minute drive to the Sunrise Park Resort, this condo definitely provides endless opportunities for activities and entertainment!
Get comfortable in the 1500 square feet of living space containing three bedrooms and two bathrooms and enjoy the cool mountain air and cozy interior! The convenient floor plan offers a master suite on one side and two bedrooms with a full bath on the opposite side, an open concept kitchen and dining area, a large brick fireplace encompassing a central living room with two sliding glass doors leading to the attached balcony that overlook the pines and nature!
From this perfect location right next to Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club, partaking in tee time will be a breeze! If you’re not much of a golfer, try your luck at the Hon-Dah Casino that provides slots, blackjack & poker tables, live entertainment, and restaurant. We highly recommend that guests take the scenic thirty minute drive to the Sunrise Park Resort and surrounding areas to experience some of the most beautiful locations in our State to go skiing, hiking, and fishing!

Our family were very pleased with the accommodations, pleasantly surprised to see k cups were available. They did replenish those. They did mention one of the bathtubs was very slow to drain, so they did not use it after the first shower. It was the bathroom closest to the bedroom with twin beds.

Would stay here again. Great location, size, and configuration. 4 stars instead of 5 as some general maintenance is needed. The linens and throw rugs could be refreshed. Also considering summer temperatures and no AC (most units do not have AC & I knew this) but screens on the sliding Arcadia doors would be a good addition.Management staff were responsive and easy to contact.

Condo is dated andnot well equiped, microwave was not working, screendoors need to be repaired and charcole grill was not clean in side or outside
