Newton Cottage is a dog-friendly holiday home with a private hot tub and stunning Budle Bay views, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests.. Electricity, bed linen and towels included. No smoking.. Newton Cottage is a stunning, dog-friendly holiday home perched on the edge of Budle Bay, offering breathtaking sea views and a private hot tub, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property features a grand open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, complete with a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, and a dining table for up to eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an AGA, electric hob, microwave, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nutribullet, and handheld blender.
Adjacent to the living area, a bright conservatory offers additional seating and dining space with panoramic views over the bay, while a games room with a pool table, wall-mounted TV, and drinks fridge provides hours of indoor entertainment. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom, alongside a separate shower room. The first floor includes a super king bedroom with stunning Budle Bay views, a twin bedroom ideal for children, and a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.
Outside, the enclosed garden features a patio area with barbecue, garden furniture, and the private hot tub, perfect for relaxing while taking in the scenery. Parking is available outside, and the property accommodates up to three pets at £25 per pet, per stay.
Newton Cottage also includes Netflix, a portable Bose Bluetooth speaker, easy-lighting fire logs, and a box of board games such as Scrabble, Cluedo, and Monopoly. Guests are welcomed with a hand-selected pack and a voucher for a pound of the famous Bamburgh Banger sausages. Guests can enjoy two free rounds of golf per property booked at Bamburgh Castle Golf Club and a free game of tennis on the village green beneath the castle, along with access to additional local leisure facilities.
The property is ideally located just a short walk from Budle Bay, part of the Lindisfarne Nature Reserve, popular with bird watchers, and it is possible to walk around the bay to Bamburgh beach depending on the tide. The historic seaside village of Bamburgh, with its iconic castle, sandy beaches, village green, independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, and scenic golf club, is less than a 10-minute drive away.
