Nestled on a peaceful, tree-lined street in a well-maintained triplex, this updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is a short walk to Japantown and minutes from San Jose State University, downtown San Jose, and many of the Bay Area's largest tech employers — a great fit for visiting engineers and interns, traveling nurses and medical staff, and professionals relocating to the South Bay.

2. Modern kitchen — stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, Scandinavian-style cabinetry, and a breakfast-bar island; fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and glassware.
3. Updated bathrooms — quartz vanity, backlit LED mirror, shower-over-tub.
4. Comfortable bedrooms — memory-foam mattresses, soft microfiber sheets, room-darkening shades.
5. Private front porch — a favorite spot for morning coffee or unwinding after work.
