About this house rental
The vacation home is in a quiet location, right on the waterfront, and offers unobstructed views of the countryside and the lake dike.
A total of 4 people (plus one toddler) can enjoy a relaxing vacation in our vacation home, forget the stress of everyday life, and recharge their batteries.
Since our vacation home is allergy-friendly, pets (dogs) are not permitted. The vacation home is a smoke-free property.
The basement features the living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and gas heating. You can enjoy cable TV on the 40-inch flat-screen TV. The amenities are rounded out by a Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and a collection of games and books. Wi-Fi and calls to landlines are also free of charge for our guests!
In the basement, you’ll also find our kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, microwave, stove with oven, range hood, refrigerator with *** compartment, and dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, and ample counter space.
There are 2 bedrooms in the attic. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the children’s room has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens and blackout blinds to ensure a restful, undisturbed night’s sleep. An additional restroom with a sink is also located in the attic.
From the living room, you can access our private south-facing terrace for carefree relaxation. Modern patio furniture, three lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill are, of course, provided.
In the separate storage room, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes rack.
To ensure even the youngest guests feel at home, the vacation home is equipped with a travel crib, a high chair, child-proof outlets, and a step stool in the bathroom. A play mat, games, books, DVDs, and audiobooks for various age groups are also available in the house, so there’s no chance of getting bored—even on rainy days. We’ve got sand toys and more ready for carefree vacation days.
