The apartment is located on the first floor of a single-family home and is well-equipped for your comfort. On the same floor is a small engineering office;
the owners live on the floor below.
For your vacation, we recommend our lovingly furnished two-room apartment with free Wi-Fi, a light-filled kitchen and living area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Additional amenities include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and a large built-in freezer compartment; a 4-burner stove with an oven; a coffee maker; a toaster; and an electric kettle.
The kitchen-living area features a modern seating area and a comfortable spring-core couch, which is perfect both for sleeping and as a cozy reading nook.
From the open-concept room, you can access the living-sleeping area, which features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a cozy sitting area with a 3D TV and Blu-ray player.
In the garden area (quiet and set back from the street), you can sit under a maple tree and wind down at the end of the day—perhaps with a glass of wine—while enjoying the evening sun.
This apartment is completely non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed. However, you’re welcome to bring your bicycles and store them in the garage.
An outdoor parking space and free Wi-Fi access are available for this apartment.
Please note that during the high season, you must book continuously or leave a gap of at least 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
