Your vacation home on the Baltic Sea on the beautiful island of Poel

Our small, completely renovated vacation cottage is located in a quiet area in the resort town of Timmendorf Strand, right on the edge of a field, just about a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
Your vacation home sits on a property of approximately 400 m² with a lovely terrace and a large lawn where children can play or adults can relax.
The outdoor area is furnished with a teak table and 4 chairs.
A large grill is available for your use.
The house is approximately 33 m² and can accommodate 4 people.
There are two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious living room.
The interior furnishings meet modern standards. Satellite TV and a radio are available, as is a dishwasher.
The living room is equipped with a TV and a stereo system. The vacation home is heated by a new air-to-air heat pump, which can also function as an air conditioner in the summer.
We offer our guests free Wi-Fi.
A fireplace is also available for your use. You’ll find a starter pack for lighting the fire upon arrival.
A in-cabinet safe is available.
The accommodation can also be rented to guests with pets.
Electricity costs are billed separately on-site based on usage.

Tourist tax of the municipality of Poel
All persons staying within the territory of the municipality of Ostseebad Insel Poel who do not have their primary residence on the island are subject to the tourist tax. This fee is not included in the travel price and will be charged separately at the time of booking.
April 1 through October 31 Adults 18 and older: €3.00 per night
Nov. 1 through March 31: Adults 18 and older: €1.80 per night
People with severe disabilities (disability rating of 80 or higher) and their accompanying person (“B” on the severe disability ID card) are exempt from the visitor’s tax
Children up to and including age 17
Children, grandchildren, siblings and nieces/nephews, parents, grandparents, parents-in-law,[-]daughters and sons-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of persons who have their habitual residence in the survey[-]area, provided they are living in the same household without receiving compensation
Persons who perform their duties on the island, provided they do not use the beaches or facilities
Optional services:
- Optional dog: 10.00 EUR / night 12.35 EUR per night
