This 70-square-meter, two-room vacation apartment, located in the heart of a newly designed vacation complex, offers guests seeking relaxation everything their hearts and souls desire in a quiet, nature-filled setting.

The apartment is modernly furnished to a high standard and features both a terrace and a balcony, both with a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea—about a 15-minute walk away—and the adjacent 18-hole golf course. Whether you’re a golfer, a beachgoer, or someone who prefers a natural beach for hiking and collecting amber—it’s all within walking distance. And if you do happen to feel a bit “bored” due to the idyllic tranquility, the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen and the beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar—each just under a 20-minute drive away—offer plenty of excitement and other activities.
Located right on the “Huk” of Hohen-Wieschendorf (the beautiful peninsula between Wismar and Boltenhagen), your vacation rental is the perfect starting point for a wide variety of activities. In just about a 15-minute walk, you’ll reach the unspoiled beach with excellent swimming and seasonal beach chair rentals. Here you’ll also find the Hohen Wieschendorf Marina with its yacht harbor and restaurant. Hiking and nature enthusiasts will love the fantastic hiking opportunities along the kilometer-long natural beach and the cliffs. And for a relatively modest “green fee,” golf enthusiasts can explore the magnificent 18-hole golf course and work on their handicap. Incidentally, the tee for hole 1 is just 50 meters from your terrace.

The apartment welcomes you with a bright and modern living area featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, offers two additional sleeping spots measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. Self-caterers will find a high-quality kitchen fully integrated into the living area. For shared meals, you can use the large kitchen island with 4 comfortable bar stools or, when the weather is nice, the dining table on the approximately 18-square-meter terrace. The additional balcony with a wonderful view offers a place to relax—either in the hammock or on two sun loungers.

In the cozy bedroom, featuring a large four-poster bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m), a spacious dresser, a bench, and luggage racks, you’ll enjoy restful nights in incredible tranquility. A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, heated towel rack, and toilet rounds out the amenities. A shared washer and dryer are available for a fee.

For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV (Smart TV), an USB stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. This is a non-smoking residence. You can park your car for free in the outdoor parking space reserved for you. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in lockable bike lockers. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and is easily accessible via elevator.

Upon arrival, you’ll be happy to receive a set of bedding and a towel package per person. (Towels: €10.00 per person; bedding: €14.00 per person). Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels.
Hohen Wischendorf, a vacation destination between Wismar and Boltenhagen
The apartment is situated in a quiet, sun-drenched location between Wismar —a World Heritage Site—and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen, in Hohen Wieschendorf. The nearby natural beach and the small marina are just a few minutes’ walk away, about 0.8 km. After a walk on the beach, enjoy the ocean view and the view of the island of Poel from the restaurant’s outdoor terrace. In the designated nature reserves, you can hear the cranes.

Visitor’s tax in Hohen Wieschendorf: From April 1 through October 31 each year, the municipality charges a visitor’s tax. This tax is remitted to the municipality by the property owner. Costs: Ages 16 and up: €1.00/day | Ages 6–16: €0.50/day
This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking.
