Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our modernly furnished vacation apartment, located in the heart of the Old Town on the first floor (ideal for seniors), measures approximately 35 square meters and accommodates 2 people. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable couch in front of your modern flat-screen TV. A selection of interesting books is available for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker,
toaster, dishes, and everything you need to feel at home on vacation.
In your separate bedroom (facing the courtyard), you’ll sleep in a large, cozy double bed. A large wardrobe, two nightstands, and a mirror provide storage space and a cozy atmosphere.
Your bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, hair dryer, and mirror cabinet.
The exclusive location in the Old Town, just a few meters from Wismar’s market square with its restaurants and cafés, is particularly appealing.
PARKING
You can drive right up to the vacation rental and then use one of the free parking spaces on Turnerweg, Vogelsang, or Dahlberg.
Paid parking is available at the large Turmstraße parking lot.
