The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 5% on the total cost of the booked accommodation. This tax is not included in the total cost and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

Our exclusive Stadtvilla Brügemann is located just a few meters from the historic center of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Discover Wismar’s harbor, its many notable churches, or the picturesque market square.
Our exclusive vacation rental is located in the villa district of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, just a few minutes’ walk from the center. It measures approximately 79 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The vacation rental consists of a large bedroom with a double bed (comfort height, 1.8 m wide) and a closet.
The spacious living room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people, and a flat-screen TV.
The apartment also features a luxurious bathroom equipped with 2 sinks, 1 shower, and a freestanding bathtub.
From the fully equipped kitchen, you have a great view of the garden, where a large patio with patio furniture and a table is available for your use.
Right in the house, just one flight of stairs down, is my CERAMICS PAINTING STUDIO. Here, you can paint ceramics to your heart’s content. And if you’d rather not paint yourself, you can enjoy a large selection of ready-made, one-of-a-kind pieces. Beautiful keepsakes for yourself and ideal gifts for friends and family.
A parking spot on the property is reserved for you.
Free Wi-Fi is available for your use.
