The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the total cost of the booked accommodation. This tax is not included in the total cost and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar are not issued a visitor’s card.

The vacation apartment on the 1st floor accommodates 2 people.

The apartment measures 33 m² and consists of a living room/bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. An extra bed is available in the form of a fold-out couch.
Central heating, bed linens, towels, kitchen amenities, and cable TV with a DVD player are provided.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Non-smoking apartment
- Free parking is available on Schiffbauerdamm or Weidendamm (approx. 5–7 minutes’ walk away).
- Various shopping options are nearby
- Pets are not allowed
