Visitor’s tax/lodging tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar are not issued a visitor’s card.

Traveling to the Baltic Sea as a couple or small family at an affordable price? We might just have something for you! Our charming little vacation apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
LOCATION
It’s just a 15-minute walk to the historic Old Harbor and the Old Town center with its picturesque alleys and impressive Brick Gothic churches. In 10 minutes, you’ll reach the train station and the Central Bus Station (ZOB), from where buses and trains will take you—for example—to the surrounding beaches, the island of Poel, the state capital of Schwerin, and other places worth visiting. You can also rent bicycles at the train station.
In the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental, you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery for Sunday rolls, a bank, a post office, a snack bar, and a playground. Everything you need is right here.
AMENITIES
This cozy apartment features a living room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with natural light. The bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed that comfortably sleeps two people. In the living room, two additional people can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m wide). A baby crib can be provided upon request.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for self-catering, including children’s cutlery and dishes. A high chair and a (small) children’s chair are also available in the dining area if needed.
By prior arrangement, a washing machine may be available for shared use. Please feel free to contact us about this. Bed linens and towels are provided.

OTHER INFORMATION
Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor and, unfortunately, is NOT wheelchair accessible. The last section of the staircase is also relatively steep, which is particularly relevant for guests with physical limitations.
This is strictly a non-smoking apartment! In the event of a violation, we will charge a special cleaning fee of €150. If subsequent guests are unable to check in due to smoking, those responsible will also be required to cover the corresponding financial damages (lost rent/alternative accommodations).
We are currently working to make the newly furnished apartment even more comfortable for our guests and look forward to your suggestions. Until then, take advantage of our especially affordable rates.
