About this apartment rental
Have you always wanted to feel almost like a princess in a tower room? Then we have just the thing for you: the “Yachtclub” vacation rental! Your vacation home is located on the mezzanine level of Villa Odin, just about 150 meters from Sellin’s main beach, and offers a beautiful view of Sellin’s main shopping street, Wilhelmstraße.
The vacation rental offers a living area of just over 90 square meters and three-and-a-half rooms, accommodating up to five people. The spacious living, kitchen, and dining area features comfortable couches, a large-screen flat-panel TV, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi, as well as a fully equipped MIELE kitchen. Thanks to the fridge-freezer combo, ceramic induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and more, you can easily cook for yourself when you’re not dining at one of the many excellent restaurants nearby. The dining table in the circular bay window certainly offers plenty of space for a stylish family meal.
You won’t have to compromise on sleeping comfort either. The larger of the two bedrooms is furnished with an elegant double bed (180x200 cm), a second TV, and a spacious closet. The enclosed veranda directly adjacent to the bedroom features a separate single bed (100x200 cm). The smaller bedroom features another double bed (140x200 cm) along with a closet and has access to the covered west-facing loggia overlooking Wilhelmstraße.
The stylishly tiled bathroom in your vacation apartment is equipped with a large floor-to-ceiling shower, a sink, and a toilet. An additional guest restroom ensures a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Of course, the apartment also includes a reserved parking space. Storage space for bicycles is available in the courtyard behind the house. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the building’s basement.
Out of consideration for future guests, smoking and bringing pets are not permitted in the “Yachtclub” vacation apartment.
