On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, which is particularly suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Also on this level are the modern bathroom with natural light and the spacious, bright living and dining area with an adjoining kitchenette. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There’s also a separate restroom here, ensuring convenience and short distances. A real highlight is the small garden with a terrace, which invites you to relax outdoors. For a house in such a central location, this is a real gem. You’re just a few steps away from the harbor, the historic alleyways, and the restaurants, yet the cul-de-sac location offers a quiet retreat. Of course, a private parking space is also available in front of the house.
