The modern "Villa Wiederkehr" is located in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. From the foot of the well-known Wilhelmstraße, the building offers an ideal starting point for exploring the beach, a variety of fine restaurants, and Sellin’s famous pier. On the top floor of Villa Wiederkehr is the “Rügen Living” penthouse, which will undergo extensive modernization in the summer of 2024. The moment you step inside, you’ll realize just how first-class this apartment is. Numerous floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy living area with two rooftop terraces, a very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one master bathroom with a private sauna, and one guest restroom—all paired with modern furnishings—are sure to delight our guests. A second parking space (for a fee) is also available upon request. Villa Wiederkehr also offers a spacious, lockable bike storage room.
