Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Whit's End"! This home sleeps up to 4 guests.
This single-level 1,106 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Carmel Point home near Mission Ranch has a fully-fenced yard and abundant gardens. Walking distance to nearby dog-friendly beaches and you can bring your furry friend! You'll need to stay awhile because there's just so much to see and do - from hiking, golfing and scenic drives, to gallery hopping, wine tasting and boutique shopping in Carmel-by-the-Sea and nearby coastal towns.
Living Space
Enter the property through the wooden gate and walk the brick path under the ivy-covered arbor into the enclosed yard toward the welcoming front door.
The large, inviting living room has open beam ceilings, decorative fireplace (no burning) and plenty of seating with 2 couches, plus arm chairs, TV, DVD, and a built in desk / shelving unit.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped galley kitchen features views and access to the verdant back patio, an electric range, tile floors and a garden-view wooden dining table with seating for four where you can enjoy chats over meals and games.
Outside
The door off the kitchen leads out to the expansive brick patio. The patio and gardens are fully enclosed and set up perfectly for easy barbecuing on the charcoal grill or enjoying a warm cup of coffee in the sun or shade, or around the small wood burning fire pit.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is a primary suite with a king bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower along with the washer and dryer and direct access outside through a Dutch door.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.
Off-street parking for one vehicle in the elongated carport, plus parking for two more vehicles in the driveway.
The washer and dryer are located in the primary en suite bathroom.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
