About this apartment rental
Exclusive 3-room vacation apartment, approx. 74 m², with a stunning ocean view, sauna, electric fireplace, and balcony, as well as a beach chair on the beach (seasonal: May 15 – September 15). Two bedrooms, shower room, guest restroom, Wi-Fi, outdoor parking space for a car, an electric vehicle charging station (for a fee), and a washing machine in the apartment.
Location
This vacation apartment, with a great ocean view, is located on the first floor of the beautiful, newly built residential complex at Strandallee 101, close to the town center, with the beach right at your feet, and is easily accessible by elevator. The nearest bakery and Scharbeutz’s Dünenmeile are just a few minutes away.
Amenities
As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The living area of this dreamy apartment is bright and bathed in natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. The dining area offers plenty of space for 4 people. The modern, open-concept kitchen—featuring a cooking island, induction cooktop, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine—is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. For cooking enthusiasts, the Bora Teppan grill provides the perfect setting for socializing and cooking together.
With a sofa and a recliner, the living area invites you to spend cozy hours in front of the electric fireplace. In addition to a flat-screen TV with the latest technology, free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and—like the entire apartment—underfloor heating.
The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (1.80 m and 1.60 m x 2.00 m, respectively), a flat-screen TV, and—in the larger bedroom—a wardrobe. After a walk, relax in the retractable Klafs sauna with sanarium. This state-of-the-art sauna is located in the second bedroom.
