Make yourself comfortable in this charming little house of 29 m², nestled in the heart of the Sud Océan residence. Ideal for a seaside getaway, it can accommodate up to 4 people in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Whether you come with family, friends or as a couple, it's the perfect place to enjoy the sea air just a few steps from the ocean.
Housing composition:
- Terrace: with garden furniture, perfect for your meals or coffee breaks in the sun
- Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle
- Lounge: 1 double sofa bed (140x190)
- Bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190) + 1 single bed (90x190)
- Bathroom: shower, towel rail and toilet
- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets and pillows included
- Parking: private external parking at the residence but not allocated (subject to availability)
- Outside the residence: heated outdoor swimming pool, pétanque court, beach volleyball court and children's play area

The beach is only 200 metres away – convenient for impromptu swimming or walks with your feet in the water. For shopping or a night out at a restaurant, shops and restaurants are located approximately 1 km away, as is the town centre, where you can enjoy a lively and friendly atmosphere.
