About this house rental

House beautifully decorated, ideal for families with 2-3 children or 2 couples with or without children.

Rental classified furnished tourism 3 stars (prefecture of Morbihan).

In a residence of terraced houses with its pedestrian walkways, you will be out of sight and wind in the small garden at the back of the rental.

You can access the beach on foot 200m, as well as a playground for children, a mini-golf and a sailing school.
You can relax in the thalassotherapy center facing the sea 500m.
500m you will find the small port that joins, by boat, Le Pouldu. Several restaurants, bar-tabac and a children's riding school are located close to the port, and a hire jet skis, canoes, kayaks, quads and bikes.

You have 12 km of cycle tracks appointed throughout the coast, beautiful walks to discover or near the river (Laïta) or coast or countryside edge.

By car, you are 20 minutes from Lorient, 5 minutes Guidel (all shops: Supermarket, pharmarcie, doctors ...).

Ideally located on the border between Morbihan and Finistère, you can visit the port of Doelan, Pont Aven, cited painters, Concarneau and its closed city, Quimper and its beautiful city center (3/4 hour); In Morbihan you will find the zoo of Pont Scorff (700 animals), Lorient and its Interceltic festival in August, the city of Vannes and its historic center, Hennebont and its citadel, the magnificent Gulf of Morbihan ... etc

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my mum for a week. It's in a quiet area that's a short walk from the beach, and it's a reasonably short distance from basic amenities as well. The surrounding area and towns within a short drive were fabulous too. Well worth spending your time here.

The owners met us as agreed and showed us around the house and all the facilities and how to use them. Lovely bottle of cold cider in fridge on arrival. House is very well equipped and in a quiet area. House was cool to return to after the hot days we had whilst there. A short walk to the beach and some local restaurants. Sea view from back up stair windows. A neat little garden with garden furniture and sun awning. Washing machine and extra fridge in out building. Large fridge indoors along with microwave and a small grill / oven. Induction hob. Seating area was good for the two of us but may be tight for more people with some extra chairs available. Wi fi was good. Parking is a short distance from house. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. We took our own bedding and towels. Good location to visit places in the area. Lots of good beaches around too besides the local one. Super U supermarket was good to use - need a car to get there as to the local town.Would recommend this property.

Il s'agit d'une petite maison dans une allée un peu éloignée de la route (mais on peut y accéder en voiture pour décharger). Le style des équipements est moderne. La cuisine est bien équipée, une ou deux bonnes poëles en plus auraient été bien. Il y a un petit jardin très sympa avec un abri contenant BBQ et quelques jeux comme un babyfoot. La mer est à quelques pas, le village est agréable. Il y a des terrains de tennis très proches. La résidence est très calme.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einer kleinen Siedlung ähnlicher Ferienhäuser. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man an den weitläufigen und naturbelassenen Strand gelaufen. Im Haus selber ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an einfach wohl. Der kleine Garten ist eine Oase der Ruhe und man ist, trotz Reihenhaus, ganz für sich. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und die Übergabe verlief trotz Sprachproblemen (nur französisch) unkompliziert. Wir können einen Urlaub in diesem fantastischen Häuschen uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Un intérieur adapté à tous nos besoins et faisant l'objet d'une décoration soignée. A l'extérieur tout est également prévu pour profiter des vacances : jardin, table ombragée, barbecue... L'environnement est très calme, du fait de la conception même de la résidence, rejetant à l'extérieur toute circulation automobile. L'immense plage est très proche et pour les plus courageux de belles marches en perspective !

Für 11 Tage verbrachten wir (Paar mit zwei erwachsenen ‚Kindern‘) einen Großteil unserer sehr schönen Bretagnereise in Guidel als Gäste von Alain und Maryse. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, dennoch verkehrsgünstig, um Ausflüge in das südliche Finistère und Morbihan zu machen (Quimper, Douarnenez, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Île aux Moines, Vannes, Lorient usw.). Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Hauses und die komplette, vielseitige Ausstattung sowie die hübsche Terrasse und der kleine, ruhige Garten. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer misst ca. 140x200 cm, was für großgewachsene Personen (wie mich, 1,90, 84kg) gerade noch ok ist. Der sehr hübsche und lang ausgedehnte Strand ist zu Fuß rasch zu erreichen. Alain spricht ein gut verständliches Französisch und erklärt als perfekter Gastgeber mit viel Geduld jedes Detail des Hauses (auf Wunsch). Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und können sowohl die Gastgeber, als auch die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Merci beaucoup encore une fois, Alain et Maryse, pour votre hospitalité et confiance! Tout était comme nous l‘avion imaginé. :-)

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) haben in dem Haus einen schönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zu mehreren schönen Stränden, auch Restaurants sind erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwa 4km entfernt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben auf Französisch kommuniziert.

Superbe maison moderne, pratique, et ou il ne manque rien :D Literie au top. Plage à même pas 2 min. Jardin agréable. Nous sommes venus avec 1 enfants et rien à dire. Mme LE THIEC est vraiment gentille et au petit soin avec les locataires (Petits cadeaux d'arrivée). Des dépliants touristiques sont aussi dispo :D On y reviendra !!!

In der Wohnung war es gemütlich, sehr ruhig und wegen des sonnigen, windstillen Garten konnte man sich verweilen. Zum bewachten Strand waren es nur 200 m. In der Nähe gab es ebenfalls Restaurants, Kanu-, Surf-, Bootsverleih, Surf- und Segelschule. In Guidel gibt es viele gut beschilderte Rundwege. Wir haben uns blendend erholt!

Le logement se situe dans un quartier très calme, aucune nuisance sonore pendant notre séjour. Il est à proximité des restaurants, du petit port et de la plage. Il est très fonctionnel et permet d'y séjourner dans de bonnes conditions. Les ballades pédestres le long du GR34 offrent de très beaux paysages et la voie cyclable permet de rouler en toute sécurité le long de la côte. Ajoutez à ce beau tableau de très bonnes conditions météo et vos vacances seront parfaites....comme les nôtres !

Très jolie maison, propre, conforme aux photos et au descriptif des propriétaires. 1. Idéalement située: la plage étant proche à pied, la grande aire de jeux étant en bordure de plage, et nous avons pu profiter du Morbihan comme du Finistère. On s'y sent chez soi et c'est ce que je recherche au premier abord lorsque je loue. 2. La maison est très fonctionnelle et l'aménagement est bien pensé. On ne s'y sent pas à l'étroit alors même que nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants. 3. Merci pour l'accueil, d'abord téléphonique puis à la maison avec le cidre et les biscuits. Nous gardons vos coordonnées car nous ne manquerons pas de revenir. Bien cordialement.

Das Apartment befindet sich in Guidel Plage, in Laufnähe (ca. 3 min.) zum Strand. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Guidel. Der Ort ist mit dem Auto in 5 Min. zu erreichen. In Guidel Plage befinden sich keine Geschäfte, nur einige Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Guidel-Plages. La location est vraiment agréable, propre, conforme à la description et aux photos. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par des propriétaires charmants et soucieux du bien être des occupants (équipements mis à disposition, cadeaux de bienvenue....) Idéalement située nous avons pu profiter de la plage à 3 minutes mais également découvrir les environs (Concarneau, Pont Aven, Carnac, Lorient, Bénodet....). Isabelle et Eric.

Très jolie maison, très bien renovée dans un style moderne et chaleureux. Le jardin et sa terrasse étaient agrèables, avec un plus pour le barbecue et les transats. Notre fils a apprécié les trotinettes fournies (idéales pour les balades le long de l'océan). La plage est vraiment juste à côté avec une aire de jeux complètes. Le seul bémol, nous sommes grands dans la famille (voir très grands, alors la douche et les lits sont un peu courts). Merci pour la gentille attention à l'arrivée (cidre et biscuits, ainsi que les glaçons déjà prêt pour l'apéro !). Un accueil convivial et gentil. Une très belle expérience. Pensez à la clef supplémentaire et militez pour une boulangerie !

Venant de passer notre 2ème séjour dans cette charmante petite maison, nous ne pouvons que la recommander pour vos prochaines vacances. Idéalement située à 2 pas de magnifiques plages, dans une petite allée piétonne, un joli jardin clôturé, vos enfants y seront en toute sécurité. La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire et vous serez très bien reçus par les propriétaires. Guidel plages se situe à proximité de tous les commerces et sera un excellent point de départ pour votre visite de cette superbe région de la Bretagne.
