We stayed here for our annual Christmas with our Sarasota family. We put up a Christmas tree and had Christmas dinner for seven, which was a good time and a good meal for all. We had a minor problem with the heating (remember how cold it was Christmas 2022 everywhere) and the owner came on Christmas Eve to correct the problem, even though we told him it was unnecessary, and it could wait till after Christmas. We were quite impressed with his concern with our welfare. All and all, it was a good house and a great experience.

Property was super neat and clean, well supplied with responsive owner. Location is a short drive to downtown Sarasota, Armand circle or a multitude of restaurants in Lakewood Ranch area. Would stay at this house again.

This place was good everything worked.
One of the plugs in the kitchen didn’t seem to work and the light switches were manual on/off via pull chain in the bedrooms.
Very well stocked for anything you need.
Quiet at night.
