Summary:
Beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condominium located at the North end of Fort Myers Beach.
The Space:
Beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo at Beach Villas, located on the North end of the island, walking distance to downtown Times Square and Bowditch Point Park.
The unit was recently newly decorated in a classical pleasant beach decor. The views are unbelievable in both directions down the beach, and towards Sanibel Island. You will enjoy both the blue skies of day over the Gulf and those brilliant sunsets in the evening.
The swimming pool is private to the complex, with lounge chairs for your comfort. Your own towels for pool and beach will be located in your unit, along with beach chairs. The beach has been recently renourished with our customary white fine sand. We believe it is the most beautiful beach in the world. Enjoy!!
Beach Villas complex is a newly painted well-kept building.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter) This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.
Please be advised that the community pool will be closed from Monday, September 14, through Friday, September 18 2026, for service and deep cleaning of the pool area.
The pool is expected to reopen on Saturday, September 19, provided the work is completed as scheduled.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

This property is amazing. Tastefully decorated and fully renovated since Hurricane Ian. Located right next door to the Pink Shell Resort. We took the tram to town daily and enjoyed the shops and restaurants! We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful slice of paradise with us!

We had a wonderful family trip to Estero Island! The condo and beach are gorgeous - clean, convenient, and spacious! A quick walk to restaurants and shopping as well.
