We ended up staying at the Nauti Mermaid location because a water pipe burst at this location. So my review is for the Nauti Mermaid in Cape Coral. Everything was great, pool was relaxing and beautiful.
The TV in the living room is broken and the bottom part of the screen flashes like a nightclub.

Great location, fast elevators, reasonably priced, air conditioning worked well.
It was filthy. Mold on pillows, sinks and tubs, stains on furniture, smelled musty. We had to air it out.

location
needed updating, there was no guest register or parking passes. I was told to go to the office to get the parking passes, no one there. took an hour. got passes from a worker on site. day 2, we got locked ourt of the room. somehow the pass code got changed. after a confusing phone call, got the new code. good time at he beach
