This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the comfort, privacy, and essentials your family needs for a relaxing and memorable Southern California vacation. With a calm coastal feel and windows galore for refreshing ocean airflow, it's the perfect place to unwind.
LIVING & DINING
The bright, open living and dining areas are ideal for family meals, games, and movie nights. The living room features a cozy seating, and the main dining table seats six. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter and the outside patio table.
KITCHEN
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from easy breakfasts to home-cooked dinners, complete with new stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need. Counter seating and recliners make it a natural gathering spot while meals come together.

- Downstairs Master Suite: Ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, and direct access to the back patio
- Upstairs Guest Bedroom 1: Newly furnished queen bed
- Upstairs Guest Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. Perfect for the kids

To protect you, our neighbors, and the community, we ask that all guests respect the following:
- No excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (decibel monitors are in use)
- No smoking of any kind indoors or outdoors (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vaping)
- Community speed limit of 15 mph
- Pool and spa hours must be observed
- This property is not available for parties or large events

Guests will have private access to the entire house and its amenities, including the front and back patios.
A key highlight of your stay is access to the community pool and jacuzzi, a favorite for families and located just a 5-minute walk from the home. It’s the perfect place for an afternoon swim or to relax after a day of exploring.
Please note that a portion of the garage is locked for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.
***Other things to note***
Climate: This home does NOT have air conditioning. Like many homes near the coast, AC has never been installed. A whole house fan is provided to help circulate the coastal breeze. Please make sure this works for your group before booking.
Noise Monitoring: Please be aware that we use decibel monitors on the property to ensure that noise levels remain within acceptable limits during quiet hours. These devices monitor sound levels but do not record conversations or any audio.
Community Guidelines: Complaints from neighbors or law enforcement regarding noise or other rule violations may result in HOA fee assessments of up to $1,000, which may be deducted from your security deposit.
Permit: The City of Carlsbad Short-Term Vacation Rental Permit #STVR2025-0216 is posted on the window near the entrance gate for your reference.

Pick this one!!! You won't be sorry. Wonderful experience. 5 stars all around. We use VRBO for all our vacations and this has been one of our favorite. Our host David was very personable, friendly, and welcoming. Fantastic communication, beautiful home, gated safe community, very clean, comfortable beds. The home is well cared for and had everything you would need. The location is fantastic and about 8 mins drive to the beach.On our first night the entire city's power went out unexpectedly. David was willing to come by and deliver flash lights. I told him not to worry about it as his neighbors next door checked in on us and let us borrow 3 lanterns. Such incredible people. Power was out only an hour and was a very rare occurance. There were also emergency lights pluged in all around the home. David offered to allow us a late check out and was so accommodating as our flight didn't leave until 7pm. We bought a canopy while there for the beach and I was planning on just giving it to our host as it was more expensive to rent one and it would have been a hassel to take it home on the flight. David messaged me back offering to reimburse me for it. Just one of the kindest people around. If you are wanting a relaxing getaway in a beautiful location with a fantastic host, this is the one. There is community pool we didn't use and a great private backyard with a grill. I just cant say enough about this experience. Seriously the best around. We will be coming back.
