The studio is located at Pátio Milano, one of the city’s most complete and sought-after condominiums. In addition to being close to Beiramar Shopping Mall, the condominium itself features a complex with several restaurants and café.
Guests will have access to a unique space: modern, organized, very well equipped, with an excellent location and a safe environment.
This 40 m² studio includes a 50" Smart TV, a SINGLE sofa bed, and a QUEEN bed. Areas are equipped with SPLIT AC (HEATING & COOLING).

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Our space is designed to offer the facilities and conveniences of a hotel, with the comfort of an apartment.

- Full kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, blender, microwave, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, and cookware set
- 50" Smart TV
- Split air conditioning (HEATING & COOLING)

- SINGLE sofa bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and hair dryer
- WI-FI 400 MB
- 1 parking space
- 220V outlets
- All beds include a complete set of bed linens.
- Each guest receives one bath towel and one face towel.
- One bath mat per bathroom.
- All bathrooms include amenities: one shampoo, one conditioner, one soap, and one roll of toilet paper.
- Linen changes can be requested for the cost of the cleaning fee.
- The cleaning included in the booking price is performed only at check-out. If the guest would like an extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

- BETWEEN 20:00 AND 22:00 AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF R$ 100,00 WILL BE CHARGED
- AFTER 22:00, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF R$ 160.00 WILL BE CHARGED
- For last minute bookings, you will have to wait for the host to arrive, with an estimated waiting time of between 20 minutes and 1 hour after the booking has been confirmed.
CHECK-OUT UNTIL 10:00
- If you check out after 10am, you will be charged an additional night's room rate.
