2nd - The common areas mentioned in this listing may be temporarily closed for maintenance or for other reasons determined solely by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of these areas is subject to such possible closures.
3rd - In accordance with the condominium rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
