Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Community pools, exhilarating casinos, and exquisite shopping venues are within easy reach, promising plenty of adventure and leisure. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Dive into the numerous community pools or experience the thrill of local casinos and luxury shopping districts, each a brief drive away.
Getting Around:
Guests will also appreciate the bicycles and helmets provided—perfect for a leisurely ride through the community or up to the clubhouse for lunch at Boogie's Grill.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.
The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property!!! Check in & out was a breeze & the host was very efficient. The place was clean & up to date. The only issue we had was it was still warm even with the AC on. We were able to manage, but would have loved for it to get a little cooler. When we return we will definitely bring a box fan. Other than that, the staff were amazing & we loved the property! Our dog loved how spacious it was & loved running around!
