On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned and super-equipped kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, traditional refrigerator and wine fridge, as well as a TV, a bathroom with bathtub and a large living room that is also air conditioned and with TV. On the first floor there is the sleeping area, with three air-conditioned bedrooms — two double and one with two single beds — all with a balcony, and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The top floor houses a cozy, air-conditioned attic with a sofa (which can also be used as a sofa bed), kitchenette and bathroom.
Outside, the villa offers a private garden and a comfortable area covered by a wooden shed, equipped with tables, chairs and a large built-in kitchen, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. Free Wi-Fi is also available to guests throughout the property.
