Merino House comes from the renovation of a three-room apartment
located on the second floor of a typical building in the center of
Vieste, with balconies overlooking the park.
The house consists of large and well-lit rooms. The living room is spacious, furnished with single sofa bed, dining room, TV.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a French bed.
A modern shower room in bright colors completes the house.
The solution is suitable for couples and families.
The surroundings of Merino House in Vieste

House is an apartment located in the center of Vieste, among the most
attractive tourist destinations on the Gargano, much loved both for its
beautiful historic center and its beaches.
The property is only
500 meters from the beach of San Lorenzo (Lungomare Europa) and 250
meters from the maxi parking lot of the port. The location is very
central, with all services within walking distance.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- The apartment is located adjacent to the municipal gardens. From June 1st to September 30th, this area becomes a pedestrian area, and from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM, it is not possible to drive or park your car.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
