The East End Escape is a 1,685 sq ft beach house built for groups that are tired of compromising. Three king suites mean nobody draws the short straw, a kids' bunk nook keeps the little ones happy, and the resort-style backyard gives everyone somewhere to land — pool, hot tub, fire pit, covered patio, and sun loungers.

You're on a quiet residential street on Galveston Island, minutes from the Seawall, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, and the Strand. Close enough to walk to the sand, far enough to actually hear yourself think.

THE BACKYARD (the reason people book)
A large private pool for lazy afternoons, a hot tub for after dark, sun loungers for drying off, and an outdoor dining table that seats twelve. When the stars come out, gather at the fire pit or drop the projector screen — a full 10 feet of it — for movie nights and big-game watch parties under the covered patio. There's lounge seating and a bar out there too, so the yard works as a second living room all day long.

Guest Access

Check-in is contactless and easy — a smart lock with self check-in, so you can arrive on your schedule after 4:00 PM. Arrival instructions and your door code are sent before your stay.

You'll have the entire home to yourselves, including the pool, hot tub, covered patio, fire pit, private deck, and the full fenced backyard. The owner's closet is the only locked area, and the garage is not available to guests.

**Parking:** Free parking on the premises with room for multiple vehicles, plus free street parking on this quiet residential street if you're bringing extra cars. No permits, no paid lots. There is no EV charger on site — the nearest public chargers are a short drive away in Galveston.

**No smoking** anywhere inside the home. **No parties or events** — bookings are for the guests listed on the reservation.

**Security:** Exterior security cameras are in use on the property for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside the home and none pointed at the pool, hot tub, or any private outdoor lounging area.

**Layout note:** The bunk beds are in a kids' nook that opens off the primary bedroom rather than a separate room — worth knowing if your group's sleeping arrangement depends on it.
