Welcome to this beautifully appointed BRAND NEW tri-plex featuring three 1-bedroom apartments a block from the beach in Ocean Beach. All the best restaurants and entertainment in one of San Diego's premier tourist destinations. With the beach so close, make sure you take advantage of it! This apartment is the excellent launching point to explore and enjoy everything that San Diego has to offer. With plenty to see and do nearby, I hope that you choose to stay at my place.
The Space:
This is a unique space. It is the rental of an entire tri-plex in Ocean Beach! That means you will be reserving 3 separate units that are all next to each other. They are all 1-bedroom apartments, each featuring a full kitchen, full bathroom, and back patio with furniture to enjoy sitting outside. The entire space is yours to enjoy with your friends or family! There are 3 reserved parking spaces that you will have access to. It is a block from the beach as well as walking distance to so many things to see and do!.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the property 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
The Neighborhood:
Ocean Beach is a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood, with a classic SoCal beach vibe. Surfers and sunbathers fill the namesake beach, while Ocean Beach Pier is a popular local fishing spot with sweeping views. Nearby, Newport Avenue is lined with antiques shops, beachwear and surf boutiques, organic groceries, taquerias and brewpubs.
Getting Around:
This is a very walkable neighborhood. The beach, restaurants, bars, and many more things are very close by! A car is not necessary for your stay. Most of my guest use RideShare programs such as Uber and Lyft.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!
This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
