The Coach House consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, and an external wash house with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, bike storage and a walkers drying room. The sitting room offers a Smart TV and woodburning stove, with a dining area for mealtimes. The bedrooms include a king-size and a double, serviced by a shower room with shower, basin and WC. Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden with furniture and a charcoal BBQ, plus off-road parking for two cars up a narrow driveway. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. The Coach House is a lovely base for exploring Prestatyn and the North Wales coast. Note: This property requires a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150 GBP.
