The space
This mid-terrace townhouse offers panoramic views over the calm estuary waters, creating the illusion of floating on water. Expansive glass doors and large windows flood the space with natural light, offering uninterrupted views that shift with the tide—from bustling boats and paddleboarders at high tide to birdwatching opportunities at low tide.
The first floor features an open-plan living area with a vaulted ceiling, a sofa, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. Full-width glass sliding doors open onto a balcony, perfect for al fresco dining or evening drinks.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a central island with bar stools, a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a washing machine. A dining area comfortably seats six.
The home is equipped with high-speed WiFi and underfloor heating throughout.
SLEEPING:
Master Bedroom (Second Floor): King-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table and stool, en-suite shower room with walk in rainfall shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. This beautifully designed bedroom has a mezzanine floor with a glass balcony overlooking the living area. Please note this bedroom does not have a door and is not suitable for children.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Super King-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, en-suite shower room, with walk in rainfall shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail, with stunning sea views through the glass sliding doors which lead out onto a private balcony, the water immediately below.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): Two single beds, bedside table and hanging rail, located next to the family bathroom featuring a bath with overhead shower, WC, Basin and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE:
Two private balconies with outdoor seating—ideal for morning coffees or sunset views.
Ground floor terrace with direct waterfront views.
Private parking for one vehicle with an EV charger and additional nearby parking.
Lockable storage for wetsuits, surfboards, or bikes.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including private balconies and storage spaces. One small cupboard is reserved for owner use.
Other things to note
The surrounding area is part of a developing neighbourhood, with occasional construction activity. Current works are paused but feel free to ask for updates.
The property is pet-friendly (dogs only) for an additional fee.
