Time to Relax Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation home in the heart of Neustadt an der Weinstraße!
’s “kle Haisel” (the little house) was built around 1880 along with the sandstone house in front of it. Originally, the front part was used as a dairy shop and the back part as a pigsty. At that time, the sandstone house was a mill with a millwheel in the Speyerbach stream running in front of it.
In the early 1990s, we—the Schaaf family—took over the house and have renovated and restored it several times over the years, most recently in 2024/2025.

The interior of the vacation home is bright, cozy, and warmly designed, creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere from the very first moment. Light colors, natural materials, and harmoniously coordinated furniture create a friendly, open sense of space. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and emphasize the airy design of the rooms.
Comfortable seating, thoughtful details, and warm textiles lend the living area a special coziness—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The open kitchen blends stylishly into the living space and is both functional and fully equipped, making cooking and dining a pleasure.
The bedroom also impresses with its calm, warm design, which invites restful sleep. Overall, the interior design combines modern comfort with homey coziness, creating a place where you’ll feel right at home.
On-site costs: Our cozy vacation home, with 55 m² of living space, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. It features 2.5 lovingly furnished rooms: a quiet bedroom with a large, comfortable double bed, as well as a bright living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa that offers additional sleeping space. The open, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the dining area—perfect for shared meals and cozy evenings. The modern bathroom features a bathtub and is the perfect place to unwind. A special highlight is the outdoor seating area with a terrace—an ideal spot to start the day with breakfast in the sun or to wind down the evening with a delicious glass of Palatinate wine. The vacation home is equipped with everything you need for a carefree and relaxing stay—ideal for couples, families, or small groups.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
