About this apartment rental
The accommodations are located on the outskirts of the Haardt region on a quiet side street, just a 5-minute walk from the center and market square of Neustadt. A 10-minute walk up the hill takes you directly to the beautiful sun terrace, the vineyards, and the Palatinate Forest. The location is ideal for both hikers and those who enjoy strolling through the city. Neustadt’s train station is just a 10-minute walk away.
Parking is available throughout the residential area for 2 euros per day. Upon request, you may park briefly in the courtyard for loading and unloading.
Vacation Apartment at Schanzenhof:
The vacation apartment at Schanzenhof is a separate unit with its own entrance, located on a beautiful, lushly landscaped private property.
A stone staircase leads you past Mediterranean trees to your vacation home and the spacious terrace with a view of the greenery and Hambach Castle. On the terrace itself, a hammock offers a place to relax. A small electric grill is available.
The interior design of the 75 m² apartment features nostalgic furniture combined with modern elements and a custom lighting concept.
The master bedroom features a French double bed, a desk, a TV, a piano, and wardrobes.
The smaller bedroom is child-friendly and features a bunk bed that can comfortably accommodate two adults. A large closet is also available here.
The living room, with a TV, two large leather sofas, and a comfortable armchair, offers plenty of space to relax, read, and unwind.
The modern, newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances. The stovetop, oven, and microwave allow you to prepare a wide variety of dishes.
The compact bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a spacious mirror cabinet.
A high chair is available upon request.
On-site fees: Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. and can be extended upon request. All necessities, such as bed linens and towels, are provided. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Dogs are allowed upon request. Since we have two dogs on the property ourselves, a prerequisite for bringing a dog is that it has a friendly temperament. Unfortunately, dogs are not currently allowed to run free on the property.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
