NEW MANAGEMENT- European-inspired Château, This estate offers a chef’s kitchen, a luxurious primary suite with a spa-like bath and stunning guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath.
The entertainment-ready basement features a bourbon barrel-themed wine bar, a home theater, game room. A guesthouse provides space for an office, or extra bedroom. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Kentucky’s horse country and indulge in the luxury and privacy this chateau offers.
THE SPACE:
Experience unparalleled luxury in this architectural masterpiece, situated on 5 acre land with sweeping views of the heavenly bluegrass. This newly reimagined rental features 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a separate guesthouse, along with an array of high-end finishes throughout. Perfect for families and small groups, there are plenty of beds and bunk beds available. Close to shops, malls, and restaurants, it is right by the border of the city of Lexington. Please feel free to ask the host about the best hiking guides, bourbon tastings, or restaurant recommendations.
Maximum guest per Jessamine County code : Per house : 10 adults and 6 + children under 12
Guest access:
The whole main house except the maintenance and electronic room in the basement. Additional guesthouse for additional guest.
Other things to note
-The Wedding/Event venue can only be permitted only with prior written permission of the host.
Parties of 16 or more constitute an event and are subject to an Event Fee. No live music or DJ is allowed without prior written permission from the owner. NO smoking of any substance is permitted inside the home. Do not move the furniture. If you need anything moved for submit your requests and we will take care of it. Do not attach anything to the walls.If you have kids, make sure they don't touch the walls with dirty hand or write on them.
Any damage to the walls, broken bunk beds, or beds will be subject to extra fees. If you have pets, be sure to clean their feet. Pick up after your pet. ( make sure to check the daily pet fee ). Leaving visible stains on the light carpets or not picking up after your Pet will incur an additional fee of minimum $100. Pool Rules:For the safety of all guests jumping or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.The hot-tub must be completely covered when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
Access information will be sent to you via text message or email a day before your arrival. The property is gated, and cameras are in place around the property for your security. Please read house rules before booking! Important : If you have pets or extra guests not submitted, we have outdoor cameras monitoring the property. The Ultimate Kentucky Experience!We were warmly greeted by the host upon arrival, who thoughtfully walked us through all of the remotes and entertainment systems. The location is incredibly private, yet just a short drive from stunning horse farms and world-class bourbon distilleries. Fine dining and shopping are also conveniently located within five minutes.The photos are an exact reflection of the home’s breathtaking, five-star quality. The hosts themselves were equally five-star, responding to any questions within minutes. The house offers so many cozy and inviting spaces to relax — while I’m not sure of the exact capacity, it comfortably accommodates a large group.What an exceptional stay! If you’re looking for true Lexington horse-country charm, this is without a doubt the very best Vrbo has to offer.
