About this cottage rental
Escape to Palms, a bright second-story two-bedroom apartment at Indian Rocks Beach Cottage Inn, featuring wraparound windows and an expansive private Gulf-view deck just steps from the beach.
Part of one of Indian Rocks Beach’s earliest cottage properties, Palms combines Old Florida character with a thoughtfully updated interior and exceptional indoor-outdoor living. It accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for couples, families or friends.
The apartment has two private bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. A sofa bed in the open living and dining area provides sleeping space for two additional guests. One full bathroom serves the apartment.
Wraparound windows fill the rooms with natural light and offer views across the Gulf, gardens and surrounding palms. The updated full kitchen includes an induction range, convection oven, appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker and everyday essentials.
The centerpiece of Palms is its private 24-by-10-foot Gulf-view deck. Reserved exclusively for Palms guests, it includes an outdoor dining table and casual sectional, creating generous space for morning coffee, open-air meals and sunset gatherings.
Guests have private use of the entire apartment and deck. The tropical courtyard pool, hot tub, chickee hut, gardens and laundry facilities are shared with guests staying in the Inn’s other cottages. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers are provided.
The Gulf beach is reached by a nearby public access path without crossing Gulf Boulevard. Restaurants, cafés and live music are within walking distance.
Palms includes high-speed Wi-Fi, television and one tandem parking space for up to two vehicles parked end-to-end. Approved pets are welcome with advance disclosure and payment of the $100 pet fee.
Please note:
• Palms is located entirely upstairs and is accessible only by an exterior staircase.
• Maximum occupancy is six guests.
• The fifth and sixth guests sleep on the sofa bed.
• The shared amenities are used by guests staying in the other cottages.
• Palms has a Gulf view but is not directly beachfront.
For larger groups, adjacent one-bedroom and three-bedroom cottage accommodations may also be booked, subject to availability.

Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight on the property unless approved in advance.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighboring residents and other guests, especially in outdoor areas including the pool, hot tub, decks, patios, and garden spaces.
No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are not permitted without prior written approval. The property is designed for relaxed coastal enjoyment, not loud late-night activity.
Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any unit. Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
Pool & Hot Tub
Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult.
Please:
no glass in pool areas
rinse off sand before entering
observe quiet hours around the pool and hot tub
Beach Equipment
Beach chairs, towels, and coolers are provided for guest enjoyment.
Respect for the Property
This is a lovingly restored historic coastal property. Please help us preserve it by treating the cottages, furnishings, landscaping, and shared spaces with care. Do not move indoor furniture outdoors.
Parking
Please park only in designated parking spaces and avoid blocking neighboring driveways or shared access areas.
Pets
Approved pets must be disclosed in advance and supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any damage caused.
Tropical Environment
Florida’s subtropical climate naturally includes insects, geckos, birds, and other wildlife. Keeping doors closed when not in use helps minimize insects indoors.

Please note: Some property areas are located on the second floor and accessed by stairs. Outdoor walkways and surfaces may become slippery when wet. Guests should use appropriate caution throughout the property.

This property is wonderful! If you like the feel of "old Florida", this is the beach and the place for you. This older-style house has been lovingly divided into several apartments that feel like home. We were much closer to the beach than we thought we would be; Simply walk through a private parking area and you are on white sand.The deck that ran the length of our apartment was lovely and enclosed by a gate, so we could let our dog off-leash. Sunset was visible between the buildings, as well as the ocean and beach. On the opposite side of the main bedroom was a small porch where you could watch the first light of day appear. Blinds were effective at keeping sunlight out if you wanted to sleep late.Everything we needed was there: beach chairs, a cooler, and shade. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook. The main road is beside you, but they have done a good job with mature plantings around the pool area. And on this island, everything seems to be beside this road! The host was very responsive, and the property manager was a delight. Loved our stay!

Perfect location for our sisters getaway - literally 150 steps from the beach! Jude was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was even nicer than expected - very clean and spacious. We especially loved the large deck and spent a lot of time there enjoying the nice weather and view of the ocean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay. I dream of returning. The location was so nice, the property was so tranquil, the condo was comfortable and well decorated, well stocked, brand new appliances and deck.The property manager was a sweetheart who did little things for us that really made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The view from the deck at sunset was priceless! The walk to the beach was only about 10 steps. The bedrooms were very spacious, the beautiful sunlight pours into the place from every direction throughout the day, feels so beachy inside. I would permanently live here if I could. Details of the space: two large master bedrooms, one with a much larger closet, the other with more sitting space and almost a small living room in it. The room with the larger closet has French doors to the deck. The deck has a couch and coffee table set up, and a dining table with chairs looking out to sea. This room has an additional balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen area has an induction stove and fancy convection oven/microwave, a large sink and refrigerator. There is not a dishwasher or conventional oven. There is a Keurig coffee maker, they gave us many coffee pods, tea bags, half and half cups and bottled water in the fridge. There was fresh ice in the freezer, tons of new silverware, cooking and serving utensils, cups, glasses, plates, new everything! Everything you could need or want is here in this condo. Bathroom stocked, decorations beautiful, linens ample/soft!
