It is a self-contained semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 playroom, and a large living/dining room with an open kitchen. The private garden, featuring a covered patio, is completely fenced in.

From the balcony, you can enjoy a great view of the dike in absolute comfort!

Note: There are NO additional utility costs for electricity, gas, or water. Furthermore, NO security deposit is required.

The house is fully furnished from top to bottom; special attention was paid to creating a harmonious overall design, so it’s sure to suit every taste. Everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on the North Sea is provided. Basic supplies are provided, as are bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels.

We’ve especially thought of your four-legged friends. Everything is prepared for your furry friends (dog bowls, dog blanket). Up to 2 dogs are welcome per half of the house. We charge a flat fee of 39.95 per dog.

There is a spacious, private garden that is completely fenced in. Children will also find great surprises, such as the large play tower with a sandbox. There’s also a heated wood-fired pool that can be used even during colder seasons. In the garden in front of the house, there’s a wellness area featuring a wonderful Finnish garden sauna with a rain shower and relaxation areas. (There is a sauna in a separate area that can be used by both households.)

There is also a lockable storage room where you can charge and securely store any e-bikes you bring with you. There is ample parking space for 2 cars RIGHT next to the house.
