Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.

Check in was handled by email, not the website. Wasnt bad. But a little confusing for a senior citizen.

Pros: The check in process was easy. Plenty of space for a family of 5 (3 teens). We went to the beach one day and the home has beach towels and a hard cooler for use. The beds are great! The clubhouse pool was great and the small lake on the property was fun to walk to and watch the sunset on our last evening. Con’s: The blinds on the sliding glass door were in terrible shape so it did not block out the morning sun in the master bedroom. There were literally 3 forks in the kitchen. Two of us had to eat with spoons! The garbage disposal was not working. It didn’t have power going to it. The floors looked and felt like they haven’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. Our socks were black after walking around the house. The pool was freezing so it didn’t get much use and when we first arrived we had to call and request service because the pool pump wasn’t working. It also didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The listing needs updated. It says only shampoo and conditioner and one roll of toilet paper are in each bathroom so I had Walmart deliver us body wash and extra toilet paper. There was no need because each bathroom had plenty of tp and body wash. It would have been nice to have some things available for use such as salt, pepper, oven mits, and coffee filters. In summary, it was fine for a 4 night stay but some aspects of the home is lacking attention to detail. I think it might be due to it being managed by a big property management company.
