Step inside this beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home—now under new ownership—located in the sought-after Lake Berkley Resort, just minutes from Disney and Orlando’s top attractions. The master suite offers a king bed, large en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and direct pool access with stunning views.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and pool views.
The two kids’ bedrooms are delightfully themed—Finding Nemo and Princess—perfect for little dreamers!
For indoor entertainment, head to the game room, equipped with a full-size slate pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and TV—fun for all ages!

We had a wonderful stay of 30 days during which time we visited Disney (20-25m drive), Universal (30-40m drive) and Sea World (25-30m drive). The house is amazing, clean, wonderfully decorated and has all the amenities you'd need. The pool is perfect. The gated community is very safe. When we had a question, Aimee was very quick to respond. Overall a wonderful stay.

Absolutely perfect stay here at Lake B. The villa had absolutely everything you could ask for, even ponchos for those rainy days. We had so much fun as a family of 4 in the villa. Very homely with fun games room and beautiful reading books for story time at night. Great price which was reflective of the home itself. Thank you

The villa is located on a well maintained and secure development. It has a quiet corner position and is private at the back.Both the garden area and the villa itself are maintained at a very high level and it was clear to see that the new owners have made some positive changes by redecorating some areas and adding new bedding.The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and the bathrooms well stocked with towels.Unfortunately due to a very cold snap we didn't use the pool but it appeared to be in good condition plus there were several alternative places to sit or lounge. The umbrella over the dining table provided excellent shade on the bright sunny days. Overall a good choice for a family villa.
