Welcome to your comfortable home away from home! This fully-equipped RV is located in a quiet neighborhood in Simpsonville, South Carolina, right off I-385. It’s perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for an affordable and convenient base to explore the Upstate area.
Inside the RV you will find a comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom plus a pull-out sofa that allows the space to sleep up to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully functional with a microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is also a smart TV, strong Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, plus a private bathroom with a hot shower.
Outside, you have a designated parking spot in a shared driveway. Please note that the RV shares the yard with the homeowners, so it has a friendly neighborhood feel rather than complete privacy. A large porch provides a nice area to sit outside and enjoy your mornings or evenings.
The location is very convenient, just minutes from Heritage Park, shopping centers, and restaurants. Greenville’s vibrant downtown is only a 10-15 minute drive away, making it easy to visit Falls Park, great breweries, and top-rated restaurants. It’s also an excellent overnight stop for travelers heading to Asheville, Charlotte, or Atlanta.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful stay for everyone, please adhere to these guidelines:
Maximum Occupancy: No more than 3 guests at any time, including children and visitors.
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the camper. Outdoor smoking is allowed but please dispose of butts properly.
Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the shared yard with homeowners.
Heating and Insulation: The camper`s heat works well for the area, but it`s not as insulated as a home in cold weather—dress warmly and use provided extra blankets. Do not leave heat running unattended.
Fire Pit: Guests may use the outdoor fire pit but must bring their own firewood. Assume full responsibility for any damage caused by fires you start; extinguish completely and follow local fire safety rules.
Parking and Yard: Use your designated parking spot in the shared driveway. The yard is shared with homeowners—please respect privacy and keep noise down.
Check-In/Out: Check-in after 3 PM; check-out by 11 AM. Late check-out may incur fees.
Cleanliness: Leave the camper as you found it. No parties or events. Report any damages immediately.
