Luxury Pool House in the Heart of Simpsonville – Perfect for Gatherings! Designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation. 2 minutes from Downtown Simpsonville and 15 minutes from Downtown Greenville, this retreat feels like a private resort with all the warmth of home. With nature views and countless amenities, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Up to 8 guests Indoor & Outdoor Entertainment, Cozy Living space, and a Well-Equipped Kitchen!
4 Spacious Bedrooms: 1 King bed and 3 Queen beds (One is in the playroom upstairs, with an extra sofa for the kids :), all with super comfortable mattresses and luxurious linens.
2.5 Bathrooms: 2 walk-in showers and plenty of space for everyone. The half bath is located close to the pool area. The pool can be heated per request with an additional fee - only for winter months
Indoor & Outdoor Entertainment: A game room with games for all ages, a movie projector, and 3 TVs (including one outside!) to keep everyone entertained.

Great home for family. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and hosted a small family dinner the night before. The grill and outside area were awesome.

I booked this property so that my daughter and her 3 best friends could have a private pool for her sleepover. It did not disappoint and the girls all had the best time ever. Beautiful home, great amenities, and wonderful hosts.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your VRBO home. The hosts was quick to respond, provide and accommodate anything we needed. This is a beautiful, extremely clean and quality home packed with plenty for families to enjoy!It has all the utensils and cookware for cooking and eating, as well as a Keurig single cup machine with a great coffee selection.All the appliances are extremely clean, newer and in great condition. There was plenty of extra kitchen supplies, fans, pillows and blankets if needed for comfort and use.We all really enjoyed the relaxing backyard pool area and our kids really had fun with all the pool toys. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the extra space it offered for us to spread out. This house is spread out enough that the 6 of us weren’t on top of one another, which is awesome!The home is in great proximity to shopping and dining options, very easy to find.Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your little oasis gem in Simpsonville!
