About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 400 m² house with shared swimming pool in Fère-en-Tardenois to rent for up to 12 people.
Need more space? You can also rent La Porte d'Arcy at the same time, which can accommodate 14 people.
It comprises a 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and a sleeping area, two bathrooms (with bath) and three shower rooms (with shower), and you can enjoy a shared 2-hectare garden. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with sofas, armchairs and a dining area. This room opens onto a large solid oak kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
- Le Chêne: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower and WC)
- Le Marronnier: a 24 m² lounge with TV, sofa and fireplace. On the mezzanine, a sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom (with spa bath and WC)
On the first floor:
- La Champagne: consisting of two bedrooms connected by a sliding door, one with a 160x200 bed and the other with two 90x200 beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet
- Les Bruyères: a 160 x 200 cm double four-poster bed and a bathroom (with shower and toilet)
- Fontaine d'Argent: two 90 x 200 cm single beds with a bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared 11m x 6m swimming pool, open from May to September. It is covered by an electric dome and fenced around the perimeter with a gate.
- A 75 m² private terrace facing south/west with furniture to enjoy sunny days. Barbecue available.
- A beautiful 2-hectare shared garden comprising several features: an equestrian arena, a vegetable garden with two greenhouses, a garden with fruit trees, a pétanque court, a tennis court...
The house is ideally located in Fère-en-Tardenois, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Château de Fère-en-Tardenois just 500 metres away, a magnificent medieval vestige with a Renaissance bridge.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (6 vehicles).

- The nearest TGV stations are in Bezannes or Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, just over an hour away by car.
- Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away via the N2 motorway.

- This is a large farmhouse adjoining the owners' home, but each unit has independent access.
