At the heart of the seven valleys, large wooden house of 430 m2 on 6000 m2 plot.

45 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from the golf of Saint Omer and the museum Louvre-Lens, near the site of Azincourt this house will allow you to relax and / or escape in beautiful trails for hikers or mountain bikers with the charm of a preserved countryside.

Interior side :
9 single rooms including six with bathroom and wc (for a sleeping capacity up to 25 people)
The ground floor with the parental suite and a second room will allow the access to the people with reduced mobility.

Large kitchen open to living room and living room will allow you to organize meals up to 40 people with the necessary household equipment and dishes worthy of chic receptions.

Lovely big property and garden, great bedrooms and ideal for large group. Rural setting and seeing the animals was a bonus. Lovely host and would stay again. Enjoyed games room. An extra dishwasher would have been good.

Booked (pre-Covid) in 2019 and stayed in April 2023 after Covid prevented us from visiting. Owners very accommodating and agreed to move the booking at no cost. The house, facilities and responsiveness of the owners was first class.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Isabelle and her family were really nice and check-in and contacting her during our stay was easy. In a corner of the garden were chickens and we were allowed to get the up to 5 eggs they lay per day. And they had set up a large pool in the garden, complete with air matresses and pool noodles! In there and with the pool table, table tennis, darts and table soccer we had lots of fun. The kitchen was well equipped (they even had 4 raclette machines and several fondue sets). The beds were nice with huge duvets. The surrounding area is quite rural. Next town to shop for groceries is Fruges. The sea is 1 hour drive away. We went to Merlimont which was really nice.

Super property. 9 good sized bedrooms. The ground floor kitchen, diner, lounge is a great communal space. The large table will accommodate everyone. The pool table was regularly used and wasn't intruding on others. We were lucky with the weather so spent lots of time at the outside tables and chairs. The gym is well equipped and the table tennis table really good. When I saw the photo of the bikes I wasn't expecting them to be as good as they are, with an extensive range of bike helmets. As a result, we were able to confidently cycle into the local area. Location is perfect if you want something away from it all but with lots of places to visit within an hour's drive. All in all a great property with plenty to entertain you within the property itself if the weather isn't so good.

A Family Holiday to Remember - Half Term 2018

Isabelle, this was the most amazing house for us all to stay in. Everything worked so well and accommodated the needs of five families with 10 children. It was an exceptionally well equipped house ensuring we could cook for a hoard of 20 people with ease. The garage/extra kitchen was invaluable for storage of foodstuffs as well as offering additional cooking facilities. When we had 12 Pizzas being made from scratch everything was in use with no mishaps. All the bedrooms were comfortable and having so many en-suites was a bonus. The garden/play area was a god send with so many small children with lots of energy, allowing the older ones to hold pool and table tennis competitions whilst the younger ones played on bikes and in the sandpit area.access to the local shops was easy and close enough to allow for fresh croissants and bread each morning. This was the best place for large families who want to spend quality time with each other as well as have the opportunity to chill out and read, play games or watch a film. It was lovely and warm, the wood burner was most appreciated. Isablee, thank you for this wonderful family break.

A wonderful Christmas chez Isabelle

An excellent Christmas week for all our family. We were 12 adults and two children. The accommodation suited us superbly. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Good kitchen facilities (two cookers and two dishwashers) together with two large washing machines and a tumble dryer. Central heating worked very well, we were never cold. Also the big log-burning stove kept us very cosy. The pool table was a big hit with the younger members of the family and the gym with table tennis was in constant use. We were warmly welcomed by Isabell and Phillipe who had very thoughtfully supplied and decorated a beautiful Christmas tree, lights as well. The Carrefour supermarket in Fruge is just 10 mins away had everything we could need. Isabelle et Phillipe, merci beacoup. Alan and Diane

The house is really well appointed with everything you need for a great stay provided. Fab open plan kitchen and dining room which really enhances family meal times. Very peaceful area with no noise at night and a nice little bar just down the hill. Visit Le Touquet if you can as its beautiful. Would definitely come again.

This property has everything you could possibly need. The House is fantastic and the garden is more akin to a park than a mere garden. The only downside was that we were asked for 130 euros for cleaning and 130 euros for linen 5 days before the start of the holiday. we did question the charge for linen and that was wavered. However we still had a wonderful time. Isabelle and her family were in attendance on our arrival to welcome us and feed us with all the information we needed about the house. I would recommend this property.

Pour faire simple, le gîte est parfait pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Il s'agit du 2ème séjour depuis le début d'année et le niveau de satisfaction est identique. On se ressource à la campagne avec de jolies balades possibles et dans le gîte , tout le monde y trouvera son compte des plus petits aux plus grands (internet, salle de jeu à l'étage, billard, tv, vélos, ping pong, grand jardin....). Une suggestion: la présence d'un jacuzzi serait topissime!

On arrival the house owners Isabelle and her family were very welcoming. They took us on a guided tour of the house and made recommendations of places to visit - the best being Dennlys Amusement Park, can’t recommend enough. All the children with us age 5 - 12 really enjoyed it (as did the adults). The house itself was exceptional, so much space both inside and out and very well equipped for families, the outside play area was great. The house was located in a small village which was friendly, especially during the festival weekend when we arrived which was great to see and be a part of, Isabelle and her family also joined us for a few drinks at the festival which was lovely. As 3 families holidaying together with children of various ages, we could not recommend this peaceful, idyllic property highly enough, just wish we had stayed for longer!!!

Onze vakantie met 18 personen in dit leuke verblijf is heel goed verlopen. De verhuurders zijn heel vriendelijk en staan je steeds bij wanneer je iets nodig hebt. Alles is quasi aanwezig voor een zorgeloos verblijf. De vele sportartikelen en gezelschapsspelen in het huisje zorgen voor genoeg ontspanning. Amper tot geen negatieve bemerkingen. Leuke ervaring gehad.

Nous avons passé un super bon séjour dans cette villa proposant énormément de choix au niveau des loisirs. Un cadre très agréable au calme pour venir se reposer et profitez de la nature mais aussi venir s’amuser entre amis ou famille. De plus, une piscine (tubulaire) est disponible durant l’été et c’est encore un plus. Très bonne literie dans toutes les chambres. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l’écoutent des hôtes. Ils sont là pour rendre service dès que possible. Merci à vous et certainement à l’année prochaine.
