This fully air-conditioned villa offers generous and bright living spaces, designed for comfort and conviviality. It features a large dining room, a separate living room, a dedicated office area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, combined refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob).
All living areas open onto two large furnished terraces, equipped with awnings, offering lovely views over the swimming pool and the surrounding hills — ideal for enjoying outdoor living to the fullest.
The ground-floor sleeping area includes two bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds, storage space, shower rooms, and a separate WC.
Upstairs, a mezzanine leads to an en-suite double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, private shower room and WC, as well as a pleasant rooftop terrace — perfect for relaxing in complete peace and quiet.
