Provençal ambiance for this villa opening widely to the hills and the scrubland just minutes from the sea and the activities of the coast. Your stay will unfold between the superb sandy beaches in the vicinity, swimming in the pool, meals on the terrace, and games of pétanque!
At your disposal, in a natural environment, a beautiful pool and several covered or uncovered terraces to relax, sunbathe, or have lunch while enjoying a superb panoramic view to the sound of cicadas.
Just minutes away from the beautiful beaches of l'Estagnol, Brégançon, and Pellegrin, as well as the pier for the Isle of Porquerolles. 5 minutes from the Club House of the International Valcros Golf Course. The ideal starting point to explore this magnificent region.
Villa of approximately 240 sqm on a fenced and secured plot with a gate, on two levels for 8 people.
Level 1: an entrance, an American kitchen, a dining room, a mezzanine, a living room in the veranda, all air-conditioned. Two bedrooms with a double bed (140 or 160), one bedroom with two twin beds (2*90), a shower room, and an independent toilet.
Level -1: A studio with independent entrance, a kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and a bedroom with two twin beds (2*90).
Possibility to park 3 vehicles within the house premises.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit €1600 (by credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €220.
Possibility to rent bed linen:
Double bed: 22€
Single bed: 14€
Towel kit per person: 10€
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs).

Non-smoking.
Pool heating is an additional cost and available upon request only: €100/week.
