The apartment is ideally suited to the needs of families and vacationers seeking relaxation. Three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two modern bathrooms—each featuring a shower, toilet, and hair dryer—provide ample privacy and comfort even for larger groups. The open-concept living and dining area is spacious and invites you to relax. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa area, a TV, and cozy seating and is directly adjacent to the open kitchen. A shared dining area with a dining table offers plenty of space for meals together. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware, leaves nothing to be desired.

Both a washing machine and a dryer are available for shared use and can be used for a fee. Special amenities such as an e-bike and electric car charging station, as well as a private parking space, round out the offerings. Wi-Fi is available.
