Located on the 4 O'clock ski run area of Peak 9. Features include a full kitchen and bathroom as well as sliding doors out to a small patio area with views to the south.

Ski~in and Ski~out access is very convenient from this newly remodeled (Summer 2024) Breckenridge ski home. Simply cross the street to the Four O'Clock ski run and click into your skis or snowboard. Ski down to the Snowflake Lift where you cross over and get on the chair to Peak 8. When your day on the slopes is over, follow the ski trail signs back to the Four O'Clock ski run.

Ideally suited for a couple or family with 1 or 2 kids, the unit is well equipped for cooking and relaxing whilst on your mountain getaway. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace on a chilly winter evening whilst you watch the powder pile up outside on the patio.

Located a short drive from the Breckenridge Main Street where you will find fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. When you feel the urge to leave your mountain home, enjoy all the charm and ambiance of the historic downtown district of Breckenridge.
