This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo is a fantastic choice for families and groups up to eight. With two master suites with private bathrooms, it’s also a great condo for two couples/families to share! The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. You’ll love the in-unit washer/dryer as well!
The Riverbend Lodge offers plenty of amenities too, including large indoor and outdoor hot tubs; a dry sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers on the ground floor; and indoor heated parking. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The room was conveniently located near the snowflake lift. The comforters on the beds required cleaning as there were stains on them. I had to wash them myself to feel comfortable sleeping on them. After we arrived and went to get our ski rentals, we returned to find someone leaving our unit. When I asked what he was doing in our unit he responded that he was fixing the “thing” Without looking up from his phone. I pressed for more info and he then said he was moving the dryer back. Summit rentals was very responsive though although they stated the guy was fixing the dishwasher. Being there is no deadlock inside the unit I was a little concerned about the experience.

Very close to snowflake lift, a/c, heater unit did not work well- , dryer door has issues but other than that, kitchen had all the essentials, unit was clean, rooms were spacious and overall great location to lift and town. Garage parking and ski closet was all great and as described. Everything is walking distance. Would stay here again if the a/c, heater was functioning better.

Would have liked to have been told more details about the condo such as patio chair cushions were under the bed. Didn’t realize until the day we were leaving. TV Channel list that was in the condo was incorrect and torn so missing some information. Several windows malfunctioned when trying to open and maintenance had to come out several times. I will say that they were very responsive when called. The building needs some updating and better cleaning. Cobwebs and piles of leaves on patios. We wanted to use the hot tub but it was not working and was never fixed while we were there.
Location is good and within walking distance to downtown. Lovely trail right outside the condo. Nice exercise room on property. It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. One more box fan would have been nice for the third bedroom as there were only two in the condo. Overall, it was good but could be even better with a few improvements.
