This two bedroom with loft provides a cozy atmosphere for your next Breckenridge vacation. The property is just three blocks from downtown, and ski-in/ski-out to the Snowflake lift! Guests enjoy this comfortable floor plan which offers a vaulted living area, gas fireplace, a private deck, washer/dryer and flat screen TVs in each bedroom. After a hard day on the slopes or on Main street, relax in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna or steam room. Underground heated garage parking, a fitness room, shared gas grills, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this appealing ski-in/ski-out complex. Town and ski area bus stops are also located right at the base of the chair lift.

This is a great place to stay in Breckinridge. Its in walking distance of everything in town.....restaurants, bars, shopping and the gondola. There is a bus stop near by as well (which is free). Very relaxing on the deck, with the stream and trees. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for easy access to Snowflake lift and ski rentals at Charter Sports. Condo bedding needs a refresh but everything was clean and comfortable. Unit is directly across from hot tub which is good if you want to see when it’s open. Bad when it’s full of people drinking and making noise. Would stay in this building again, but probably choose another unit.

Hot tub was closed for 4 days, steam room was closed all week. The management company didn't care. You go to Colorado skiing and most people want and need a hot tub to relax sore muscles. Not having these amenities that I needed and expected for our stay was disappointing. The management company had nothing to do to help. They acted as if they weren't closed. I sent them pictures of the closed signs for them to believe. me.
