The Capistrano1 property, which sleeps 4 people, is located in the well-known San Juan de Capistrano residential community, north of Nerja and very close to the Sierra-Almijara Natural Park. It has a distinctly Andalusian feel, as it was designed to resemble a typical white Mediterranean village. Its lush green gardens are a real eye-catcher and offer a relaxed atmosphere. The residential complex features a community pool for adults and children, and there are dining areas at the restaurants surrounding the pool. It also has supermarkets and local shops.
The house has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans—the master bedroom opens onto the terrace, and the second bedroom has 2 beds—a living room with a TV and air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy the ocean views and romantic sunsets, a private garden, a recently renovated bathroom with a shower, and a shaded area at the back of the house overlooking the communal gardens.
There are numerous hiking trails near the vacation home (e.g., El Cahorro del Rio Chillar...), and you can explore the cultural and culinary trails of the towns of Nerja, Cuevas de Nerja, Maro, Torrox, Acebuchal, and Frigiliana, among other places.
The property offers a seasonal outdoor pool for adults and children from March through November, free Wi-Fi, and smoke-free rooms. Please note that linens and towels are included with the accommodation for the 2024/25 season. Utility costs are included in the room rate. An extra cleaning service can also be arranged. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed (please inquire).
