About this villa rental
This unique 2 bedroom detached villa is one of few in El Capistrano Village that has a private pool. This gives you the opportunity of enjoying the undisturbed privacy of your own pool, as well as getting full access to the large community pool areas with bars and restaurants.
The villa has underfloor heating in winter and air-condition in summer. Two large terraces offer sea and mountain views. With patios facing east, south and west you can catch in the sun (or the shade) all day. It is a very tranquil place with the private walled garden housing pomegranate, passion fruit, banana, olive and avocado trees.
There are a lot of butterflies and birds song in the air. Do not be surprised if you hear bells as well, just across the road a heard of goats munch away on the grass from time to time. Yet the wonderful town centre of Nerja is only 20 minutes walk (or 5 by car or bus) away. The same goes for famous Burriana Beach with its many restaurants, beach volleyball courts and water sports.
At the entrance of El Capistrano Village you find two large, well-sorted supermarkets, Mercadona and Carrefour Market. Inside El Capistrano Village there is a cash machine, restaurant and local pub, The Cave Bar.

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was absolutely perfect for us. The location was very good, easy to access Nerja town and Burriana beach. The location of the villa was quiet with local supermarkets that are a short walk away. Johan was excellent at responding to any questions we had before the trip. The villa was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for a wonderful stay. We will definitely book again! Thank you so much!

In addition to being a beautifully designed property in its own right this villa is located in the most picturesque and photogenic part of El Capistrano village. You can walk into town within 15 to 20 minutes and there is a large supermarket at the half-way point. We stayed here in January so I can't comment on the aircon or the pool etc but the outdoor areas caught the winter sun for at least five hours every day. The garden furniture is first class and there is also a roof terrace with two cosy sofas.This is a property which is head and shoulders above the average rental, the beds were extremely comfortable, the furnishings are tasteful and there are three TV's with a full UK Sky package. There were numerous books, DVD's and games and every cupboard and drawer contained the items that make a holiday easier.... candles, serviettes, cocktail sticks, olive oil, herbs & spices and enough cutlery & crockery to host a party.
